The President circulated the above minutes on 24 January 2023 with an explanatory letter concerning the time taken for this distribution and at the same time forwarded a Notarial Statement he had made concerning the minutes prepared by Sagesa. Spanish and English versions of the letter are included with the Spanish original version of the minutes above. You can see others below but we have not had time to even Google translate them into many languages yet.
